The Grants Management Training Academy (GMTA) is the premier training source for grants-related training for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) staff and federal funds recipients.
The Academy was created by the Division of Workforce Development (DWD) to provide standardized and centralized training for HHS. The Academy will develop three separate tracks for Grants Workforce Training and Certification (GWTC), Program Official Training and Certification (POTC), and Applicant and Recipient Training Curriculum (ARTC).
The GMTA Learning Management System is your home for all federal financial assistance-related training for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) grants workforce. This system contains features to maximize your training journey including an optimum user experience, a comprehensive search function, collaboration tools, and much more! We’re committed to providing learner support needed to maximize GMTA’s course offerings and achieving grants career development goals.
To view the scope and sequence of the three learner tracks, please visit the GMTA MAX website. We welcome all proposed topics for future ELS course offerings! Please reach out to DWDInfo@hhs.gov with any recommendations.
